Growing up in the snow-covered plains of Alaksa, Heather Nashelle has always been enlivened by nature and the changing seasons. You can see this in her collection through juxtaposing angular gems and hand hammered metals. Heather learned to combine her love of nature and jewelry making while at the University of Alaska Southeast, where she studied metal arts. Little did she know that a decade later she’d be filling orders for some of the country’s top retailers. But with a growing business, Heather felt that she needed to give back to the community, so she teamed up with Feeding America and Neighbor Impact to create Fashion Feeding Hunger, which partners with local charities to feed those less fortunate. Heather combines her two ultimate passions in Bend, Oregon, where she lives with her husband and six children.
